Agreeing to these terms

By using LifeDiff you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. LifeDiff is operated by AvCreations; you can reach us at support@avcreations.in.

What LifeDiff is

LifeDiff is a personal reflection app. It reads a small amount of data you choose to connect, compares one week with the last, and shows you what was added, removed, increased, decreased or changed. It is a mirror, not an adviser.

It is not medical advice

The app reports patterns in data you connected. It does not know your medical history, and it can be wrong — readings can be missing, a device can be inaccurate, and a pattern can be a coincidence. Where LifeDiff is unsure, it says so, and you should treat it that way.

Never delay seeking medical advice, or disregard advice you have been given, because of something you read in this app. If you are worried about your health, speak to a doctor.

Your account

LifeDiff does not require you to sign up. If cloud backup is enabled an anonymous account is created for you. That account is tied to your install: if you delete the app or clear its data without linking the account, the history may not be recoverable. You are responsible for keeping access to the device you use it on.

What you put in stays yours

Your check-ins, notes, goals and history belong to you. We claim no ownership over them and we do not use them to train anything or to build a product for anyone else. We hold them only to give them back to you.

LifeDiff Pro

LifeDiff is free to use. Pro unlocks your full version history, comparison between any two periods, long-term patterns, monthly and yearly reports, and the full set of share templates.

• Pro is offered as a monthly or an annual subscription. The current price is shown in the app before you buy, in your local currency.
• Payment is taken by the App Store, not by us. We never see your card details.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
• Cancel at any time through your App Store account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the period you are in.
• Refunds are handled by the store under its own policy, not by us.
• If an introductory price is offered, it applies to the first period only and renews at the standard price after that.

Cancelling Pro does not delete your history. Your older versions become locked rather than lost, and unlocking again restores access to all of them.

Using it reasonably

Please do not:

• Use LifeDiff to store or share anything unlawful.
• Try to access another person's data.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or interfere with the app or its servers, except where the law expressly permits it.
• Use automated means to extract data from the service at scale.
• Resell or redistribute the app or a Pro subscription.

Availability

We do our best to keep LifeDiff working, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of faults. We may change, suspend or discontinue features. If we discontinue the service altogether we will give reasonable notice and a way to export your history first.

No warranty

LifeDiff is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app's observations are accurate, complete, or suitable for any decision you make.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for loss of data, profit or goodwill, arising from your use of LifeDiff. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, you keep all the statutory rights your local law gives you.

Ending it

You can stop using LifeDiff whenever you like, and delete your history from Settings → Privacy. We may suspend or end access if these terms are seriously or repeatedly broken, and we will tell you why unless the law prevents it.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms materially, we will tell you in the app before the change takes effect, and you can stop using LifeDiff if you do not agree. The date at the top always reflects the current version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts there have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law where you live.
